Avion Pacific Limited was registered in Hong Kong in July 1993, with offices and operational bases in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing, Chengdu, Yangjiang and other locations in the People's Republic of China. As an international general aviation service company centered in China, Avion is the first comprehensive general aviation service enterprise in China. Over the past three decades, we have been committed to aligning China's general aviation industry with international standards. As a bridge connecting the Chinese and Western general aviation sectors, Avion has witnessed and participated in the key journey of China's general aviation industry from its infancy to maturity.


Over the past 30+ years, Avion has deeply engaged in the development of China's general aviation, low-altitude, and business aviation sectors. As early as 1999, the company participated in the formulation of China's civil aviation regulations, and has provided leading key equipment, technologies, and operational services to China's general aviation and low-altitude sectors—strongly supporting industry development. 1993

- Founded as the first General Aviation Service Company in China.

1996

- Commenced providing foreign crew to General Aviation operators in China, for technical and operational as well as training support

1997

- Introduction of Dassault Falcon business jets, Sikorsky S76 and S92 helicopters into China for the first time.

- Provided helicopter special mission training. Became sales agent for foreign general aviation aircraft.

1998

- Introduced Beechcraft King Air C90 into China as advanced trainer for the first time.

1999


- The first General Aviation company involved in the compilation of the China Civil Aviation Regulations.

- Introduced the MD Helicopter into the China market .


2000

- Introduced helicopter live-line maintenance operation to the State Grid companies for the first time.

2002

- Introduced Sikorsky S76 rescue helicopters into China Market.

2005

- Awarded Sikorsky Aircraft Annual Sales Achievement Awards

- SEACOR Holding Inc(NYSE:CKH) invested in Avion and became a principal shareholder in 2006

2012

- Asian Sky Group co-founded by Avion Pacific and Seacor.

- The first edition of "Asia Pacific Business Jet Fleet Report“ was issued

- Kings Aviation founded

2013

-Avion Pacific 20 - year Anniversary.

- "Asia Pacific Helicopter Fleet Report" released by ASG

2014

- Introduced Milestone operating lease helicopter into China.

- Asian Sky Group won ‘BEST MEDIA’ at ASBAA Awards in 2016.

2018

- Asian Sky Media won ‘Best Media Outlet’ at ASBAA IOA Awards for the third year.

- Asian Sky Group became International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA).

2019

- Launch of Falcon Training Base at Yangjiang Heshan Airport by Avion Pacific and Kings Aviation Investment.

- Completed 100tth Transaction.
