The Falcon 8X cabin offers high-speed connectivity, including Ka-band satcom and FalconConnect™ services, to ensure nonstop in-flight communications and broadband access, even over oceans. The advanced in-flight system distributes high-definition audio and video content. Cabin functions such as lighting, temperature and shades are at your fingertips with side-ledge controls and an easy-to-use mobile app.

The revolutionary FalconEye® Combined Vision System vastly enhances situational awareness in low-visibility conditions. And like all Falcons, the 8X is compatible with Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).

THE ALL-SEEING FALCONEYE

Dassault’s award-winning Combined Vision System, FalconEye®, provides flight crews unprecedented situational awareness in all weather conditions, day or night. It adds a significant margin of safety for all airport operations, especially at airfields with difficult terrain. FalconEye provides guidance on approaches down to 100 feet, before the runway is sighted. Dual FalconEye is certified on the Falcon 8X, so both pilots can fully monitor all phases of flight.

NOT JUST BIGGER, BETTER

When designing the Falcon 8X, Dassault rethought all major structures and systems, adapting and optimizing them into an integrated, efficient airframe. Re-designed wing architecture is lighter and provides more room for fuel. Winglets further reduce drag to boost efficiency.

THE PILOT'S OFFICE

The Falcon 8X flight deck has the very latest generation of Dassault’s award-winning avionics suite, EASy IV, with more vivid displays, more processing power, new capabilities and new safety features. For example, an audible alert feature is integrated to help prevent runway overruns. Innovations like this allow pilots more time for mission-critical decision-making.

THE ULTIMATE PILOT SOLUTION

FalconSphere is Dassault’s Electronic Flight Bag, an all-in-one suite of features and apps that allow pilots and flight operations groups to prepare and manage missions with greater ease and precision. It’s a solution that yields substantial savings in time and cost while improving operating safety and efficiency, all within an efficient user experience.

THE POWER OF EFFICIENCY

The 8X is up to 15% more fuel-efficient than any other aircraft in the ultra long-range segment. Much of the credit goes to the three highly efficient Pratt & Whitney PW307D engines, which power the Falcon 8X. Each engine provides thrust at 6,722 lb / 29.90 kN while reducing emissions to levels well below the latest standards.

PERFORMANCE

With a maximum range of 6,450 nm (11,945 km) and outstanding short-field performance, the 8X links important city pairs nonstop. It's capable of timesaving, direct flights between Asia and North America (Beijing-New York, Shanghai-Seattle), between Asia and Europe (Hong Kong-London), and between Europe and South America (London-São Paulo).

STEEP AND STRONG, HOT AND HIGH

Steep approach angles and strong climb-out gradients are no problem for the Falcon 8X. Nor are hot and high conditions. And it delivers superior range from both. From London City’s 3,934 ft (1,199 m) runway, it can fly nonstop to Mumbai or Chicago. Or departing Eagle, Colorado, an elevation above 6,500 ft (1,980 m), it can fly nonstop to Geneva, Switzerland.

MORE RANGE AFTER SHORT HOPS

The Falcon 8X can land at 85% of its maximum takeoff weight. That means you can fuel up at home base and make a short hop before flying a longer leg of more than 4,600 nm (8,519 km) without refueling. It’s a capability that can save you money on home-based fuel and boost your mission flexibility.

THE TRIJET ADVANTAGE

Thanks to its three-engine safety factor, which shortens transoceanic routes, the Falcon 8X can fly you wherever you’re going in less time. Its trijet configuration also contributes to the 8X’s slow and stable approach speed—a mere 107 knots (198 kph). And its three-engine performance margins allow takeoffs from shorter runways at faster climb rates.
